I recently sold two items and received payment which went onto hold until the buyer received their item. I used my own courier service and didn't provide any tracking details. Both items were received as the courier sent me a photo of the buyer holding the item at the said address. Neither buyer has acknowledged receipt of left feedback despite my requests. eBay won't release the funds as it says they can't see the items have been delivered and the AI help bot doesn't understand what I am saying. So, as of now I am both items down, money for shipping down and am no further forward resolving it. The whole experience has been hard work and expensive for me! Please can someone advise on how I can get these funds released? Thanks.
