Payments not showing in balance.

I have 2 payments which are showing as completed, one was due to be payed out on the 17th and one today (19th) neither have showed in my balance as of yet. Is it because it is the weekend or is there some other issue. I am a new seller and have had to wait until items were delivered which I understand but both are showing as completed and finished.

“Payed out”

I think you mean “released” as there is no automatic transfer to bank account, you have to do that if required, once money is released.

As a new seller the hold on money may be longer than just to delivery taking place, as the buyer has 30 days from delivery in which he can open a case for a refund.

Thankyou for your prompt response. In my payments section it is showing both payments as completed. The first one was released as they have received the item and left positive feedback. According to my payments they should both be showing in my eBay balance. But as yet are not. I have read all the help articles and have had other payments reach my balance as well.

If you check out the link that @john1297576 has posted you'll see that new sellers may be subject to longer payment holds.

Hi thanks for your reply, but the links did not answer my questions. I understand some payments may take longer but both say they are completed and are available in my balance. Please see attached images for any further information.

All you can do then is to see if your balance updates tomorrow, if it doesn't then contact eBay and ask them why. I'd give it until just after lunch to update.

I did wonder if it’s because of the pending fees although I thought they’d have taken that out the payment for that item. I’ll hang on and see what happens.
