Sorry can see this wasn't answered, have you had success in withdrawing your money? Sometimes it's a glitch with the device or browser you are using. If you can use a laptop / PC and try Chrome, that works best with eBay.
With the above if your payouts are showing as Available proceed this way:
Click on Payments >> Summary then any payout available for immediate withdrawal, is available for you, in a big blue banner.
Click on the > arrow, top right you may need to log in again, or even verify your account by receiving a text or email code.
Your eBay balance will show at the top, click on withdraw bottom right.
On the pop up screen which appears, at the top, there's a large, bolder £ sign, and flashing sign beside it. There, you add the amount you wish to withdraw. At the bottom.... Withdraw £*** Now click on this.
A notification appears... Your Money is on its Way. Click on this and then on Done.
Money is then sent to your nominated bank account and it will depend on your banks processing times, as to when you are able to withdraw the money. Some banks are faster than others.
