I've sent an item, it has been delivered but i didn't use ebays internal delivery/post system, therefore i cannot mark as dispatched, and this then leaves the payment in "pending" stating that i need to deliver the item. so I'm left with an item sold and delivered correctly, but zero payment because i didn't use The internal postage label thing, its impossible to contact Ebay, so I'm out of pocket for no reason

Try and manually change the tracking through the More Actions  dropdown menu , or View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.   This needs to be done on a desktop browser.

If not possible,  then your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days,  before release.

No Joy Sadly, I'm assuming the payment is automated if no question is raised from the buyer? otherwise these payments will just be stuck. Is it automated after 14 days?

Try one more thing,  contact eBay Customer Services ask them to change the tracking for.  I'm not sure if they still do, but please do come back and tell us if they can,  as it will help us to help others.

I recommend only contacting CS first thing in the morning when the lines first open ay 8 a.m. on weekdays,  and 9 a.m. on weekends,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering,  only speak to them.
