Ive sent off an item via special delivery i did not use the pre paid postage actually cost me more and got delivered in less than 24 hours as it was a pricey item so wanted to make sure all ok. Now the item has been delivered but i cannot say sent and funds are on hold keeps say post now how do i get round this any ideas?
You click on Get prepaid label > print label. You don't have to actually print it. That automatically marks dispatched. The label remains unused and the cost is refunded to the buyer in 30 days.
It wont let me just says get pre paid label no option to say dispatched ive not sold on here for ages so didnt no pre paid labels was on here like this but good to no for future reference it covers so much wish i used it now.
