Hi all I've been left scratching my head I sold an item for £14 after deduction it would be £11.30 which is due today for some reason £5.12 shows up as payment then it disappears!! Is eBay having technical issues?

If this doesn't explain the fees,  contact eBay Customer Services who have full access to your account and they can explain that payout for you.
