Payment still on hold

Can anyone help me please?

 

I sold an item on the 9th February. Posted on the 10th providing tracking number via ParcelForce 48 Express service. Ebayer received item on the 12th and provided positive feedback. The funds for this sale are still on hold and we’re now on the 19th February. How is this new process working? It doesn’t seem right. (Holding back on the bad language right now as this process is screwing up cash flow). Has anyone experienced something similar please? Thanks

Payment still on hold

Feedback doesn't count,  the new system relies on tracking showing delivery,  if it does, then the payout will be released 2 days after that delivery date.

 

With no tracking,  the payout is held for 14 days.

 

At the end of February, items of a value £10 or less will not require tracking, an here,  if feedback is left it will release the payout sooner.
