I am a seller and the item I sent has been delivered but it is not showing on the tracking status. This is because I posted it late and despite downloading the postage I then bought a next day delivery to get it to the buyer. But of course eBay doesn’t know this and it’s showing as sent but not delivered with funds being held! What can be done to manually update this? Thank you!

You could contact Ebay Customer Services, explain what happened, and ask them to update the tracking so your funds can be released faster,

Or, you can wait 14 days after the transaction and then get paid on day 15.

Thank you for that! I am happy to wait the 14 days. I was just worried as if it never showed as delivered the order would be cancelled and funds returned.
