Payment pending

I sold an item 5 days ago. It was collected on that day and the QR code scanned on collection. Money shows as leaving the buyers account but for me still states as "pending and awaiting collection". Never had this issue before. How can I get my money released and close the sale?

If the 6 digit code was scanned by you the seller or manually input by you,then the money should be releases after 2 days.

Contact ebay here otherwise you may have a 21 day wait (that will be changing to 14 shortly this month)
