Payment on hold

Just received this email from eBay:

 

‘Your buyer filed a payment dispute for an order placed on 25 Dec, 2024. This means that they disputed a charge directly with their payment institution. They're requesting £11.35 back, and the reason for this dispute is that the buyer didn't recognise the transaction.’

 

It was delivered to the buyer on 30th December 2024 and I left positive feedback showing it was a verified purchase. This is ridiculous, the buyer has had this for 4 months and only now had decided that they don’t recognise the transaction

Payment on hold

I've had this in the past.

 

I sent scans of eBay purchase/order and Courier's Delivery information.  Even though eBay will have this information already, they like the information from you in front of them when they review the open case.

 

The case was closed straight away.
