Can anyone help please,im new to this,please be kind.

I sold my goods last week via royal mail tracked. It's been delivered and royal mail has provided a record of delivery but ebay is still showing "not delivered ".

Any idea how i fix this please.

Is the RM tracking entered against the sale?  If so it can take a while for the ebay system to catch up.

You could try contacting customer services to see if they will change the status, or just wait for payment which will be released eventually, probably after 14 days from the sale.

As a new seller your payouts will be held for longer, and eBay's tracking can take a while to catch up with actual delivered items.

You may find your payouts will be quicker too,  if you register correctly. You are selling mainly Brand New items for this you need to register as a Business account.  A Private account the one you are using is for selling used unwanted items such as a wardrobe,  attic or garage clear out.

It's easy to change your account over to the correct one.

1. Go to Account settings in My eBay.
2. Select Personal information. 
3. Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
4. Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
5. Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
6. On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.

Probably best to use a PC / laptop for this,  and not the app or mobile browser.  Chrome seems to work best on eBay.
