Hi

please somebody help,

my payments are on hold as it says my NI Number does not match IRS number. I have tried to update my NI number lots of times but it’s still showing the same thing. Also , when I try to update my NI it takes me back to the same page to update it. I have tried customer services but didn’t get anything done.

You'll need to contact Customer Services again  but do so only very first thing in the morning when the lines first open preferably on weekdays at 8 a.m. or 9 a.m. on weekends as there's more chance of Dublin answering.  Only speak to them as they will be more understanding about NI numbers in the UK.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

IRS is the US tax office,  are you sure you are logged in to .co.uk when you are trying?

Are you using the number that looks like AA 11 22 33 B (as an example)?

Yes, I’m doing it on uk eBay site and the number is also the right sequence.
