Hi can anybody help how I’m supposed to get around this payment hold. EBay have done this and said I need to upload tracking for my items before I get paid. My items are very large and none of the couriers on the eBay site accept the size and weight of my boxes. We use a courier company that has company tracking but eBay won’t accept their tracking saying their company isn’t on their system. There is only 1 courier company on the eBay site that will take the items, but they charge more than the item sells for. Please help someone
