Payment held even though buyer happy

I listed and sold an item, I uploaded tracking info, buyer received is happy and gave positive feedback, but seems the buyer hasn’t somehow marked as received even though feedback given and acknowledges all ok and happy. I can’t seem to contact anyone from eBay to see what the problem is and am left waiting two weeks for payment? Any suggestions?

I’ve asked the buyer to mark as received and says he doesn’t see that option, what we doing wrong?

Buyers cannot mark received.   It's the tracking that does that so check the number is correct on ebay otherwise you'll have to wait the 14 days.
