Payment details

When I click on 'Awaiting payment' there is usually a box marked 'Send payment details'. This has disappeared and been replaced with 'cancel sale'. Why. And how do I send payment details, including combined postage. Also I cannot access buyers' address until they pay ( I like to address envelopes while awaiting payment). What is going on. Have they changed something (AGAIN) for no good reason?

There is a problem with combined postage at the moment.   You  have to ask the buyer to pay full price and then issue a partial refund.   Buyer's address is now only available after payment.

When are they going to sort it out? It makes a lot more work, why should we
have to issue a partial refund because of ebay's incompetence?

When will they sort out the problem with combined postage, it's been going fine for years. Similarly, why the change with buyer's address? It has worked well all the time I've been on ebay, 20 years! Ebay seems to like changing things just for the sake of change. Leave things alone.

Like you I used to complete address and check it when paid, just in case.

Ebay seem paranoid about off ebay deals, but everything they “improve” goes wrong so merely encourages members to find ways round the system especially when ebay seems to have lost control of so many important things. How many sellers have been out of pocket, by thinking simple postage worked for them?
