Payment amount less than sold price in funds

I sold an item and I received £7 less than the item sold for (after postage costs) I should have received £31, £35-postage.  Only £24 in my available funds.

We have no access to your account so cannot see any breakdown for any fees taken.

If you have deducted any postage label costs you may have bought from eBay did you Promote any items?  These appear as Ad fees on your sales transactions.

Or did you add any of the following ?

Add any of the following optional listing upgrades, and they all come with a non refundable listing fee.

This is payable sale or no sale and charged the second the item goes live.

Reserves: 4% of the set reserve ( maximum £150 per item)

Subtitles: £2

Listing in 2 categories: 35p

Gallery Plus: £2.50 ( free for clothes and shoes)

Listings with duration 1 - 3 days 35p

As a tip, before clicking on the final List Item With Displayed Fees button,  glance just above it,  it should read £0.00 Listing Fee.

If there is a fee amount listed there,  you have selected an upgrade,  and if you wish,  it gives you time to scroll up and remove the payable upgrade.

This will show you a breakdown of your transactions and any fees / postage label costs deducted.

Hi. Thank you. It doesn’t say anything about fees and was a basic listing. It even states the earning from the sale are £31.29. Only £24.89 was sent to me. Very odd.
