No one else has come forward with this issue, so it may be something wrong at your end.
Might be worth switching devices or browsers, especially if using the app or mobile browser, switch if you can to a laptop / PC for now, and try Chrome, that seems to work well with eBay.
Log out completely, and log back in then, clear cache and cookies too, that sometimes kick starts things to work again.
