£92 is the amount you sold some headphones for in February.
Was that sale cancelled by you or returned by the buyer?
That is the amount you would have had to pay if the sale was cancelled or the item returned.
If you didn't have any money in your Ebay balance and you haven't set up a Direct Debit to Ebay, and they refunded your buyer, you would owe Ebay £92.

The screenshot says they will try to take the amount from your Nationwide account on March 10th.
If they are unable to take the payment, they will possibly take further action which may (this is what I think and not what I know) include suspending your account so you won't be able to sell.
I think you need to sort this out and ensure you have the funds in your bank account to make the payment.
