Paying after receiving an item

Is there an option to buy an item after receiving it?

If it's been refunded you cannot repay via ebay.   You'd have to use Paypal or similar.

Your question can be read two ways!

If you're asking whether you can pay on delivery, eBay doesn't offer this option. You always have to pay before the item is delivered.

If you want to "buy now, pay later" the usual way to do this is to pay eBay by credit card. I think that PayPal also offers selected users a deferred payment option.
