Payement from Ebay not received

Can anyone help me? I sold two items last week at a total of £210 these were delivered on Saturday last and it is now over 5 working days and the funds have not arrived in my bank. I have tried contacting EBay and that has been a total waste of time all I get is a so called assistant (Robot) that just keeps going round and round with no answer.

If the items show as delivered with tracking details on the postal services actual website ebay can release the funds for you if you contact them  here, eBay Customer Service

Currently the ebay site is not working when it comes to uploading tracking details,but ebay are aware.

Ebay don't pay into your bank account any more.

You have to actually withdraw the money by going to Payments
