Partial Refund Initited But Not Received Yet

Seller has offered a partial refund. The return details say it is initiated but I have not received it nor can I see it in the return details as being actioned by the seller. Seller is wanting me to close the case but I am reluctant to until I have the partial refund??

Refunds return to source which can take a week or more.    If you think there may be a problem with it then escalate your return to ebay.     Do not close the case, you won't be able to open another one.   It should not interfere with the refund, if one has been issued.
