I dispatched a parcel a few days ago and noticed 3/4 days later there is not tracking for it even with my parcel shop receipt. However there seems to my two lots of tracking for another parcel I dropped off two days earlier. The tracking on the earlier package shows one delivered (probably the original parcel for that tracking) and another still at a sorting hub.
has this happened to anyone? Also where do I stand with a parcel with no tracking with regards to payment? Evri ai chat is of no help but I think the parcel itself may arrive with buyer but with no tracking will I miss out on my payment?
