Parcel size

Simple delivery only has medium size parcel options upto 61 cms long.  Tried to chat with agent asking how can I send items that need packaging larger than this and got no where with a satisfactory answer.  Also parcel weight jumps from upto 2 kg to upto 10 kg. Where had the upto 5 kg option gone? Any thoughts  comments ideas etc please?
