Parcel not delivered

An item I sold was sent by courier and after 3 attempts to deliver have nis sent yhe parcel back to me. 

His do i resend if I've already used a pre mail label and who now pays for Postage?

You should cancel as problem with buyers address and relist, this will issue the buyer a refund and they can buy again unless you block them which I would be inclined to do. If they have already missed 3 delivery attempts who's to say they will be available for another

First of all have you finalised the first transaction?  The buyer has paid for the item and it has been returned to you.  You need to refund the buyer.

 

If the item is back with you,  cancel the transaction citing ' Problem with Buyer's Address'.  this refunds your buyer,  and your seller performance is not affected.

 

You can then relist the item.

 

Send the buyer a message what has occurred and that you have relisted the item if they wish to buy it again.
