I sold an item and the buyer stated they didn’t receive it… eBay have said they have reimbursed the buyer. What do I as the seller need to do? Given I’ve lost money and the item?
If you used ebay's Simple Delivery ebay will have issued the refund themselves and you keep the payment. If it's on hold you will get it when it clears.
