Parcel much bigger than than postage label

I have made a sale - buyer has paid postage - I have printed label - however traspires once item is packed it should fall in 10kg label and not under 2kg - I have a royal mail label - the box dimensions are quite big - not sure how I resolve - can I still send out parcel with the label generated?

I just want to make sure buyer gets their order

Simple Delivery only approximates the weight, so it's supposed to be OK if the item weighs more than it says on the label.   However parcels are still refused so it's usually better to cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown actions menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.
