I ordered almost a week ago, EVRI said they have collected it and now are saying they haven’t even received it. Nobody is helping , and the seller will not answer my messages. What do I do?

Check the last estimated delivery date on the listing and if/when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/get-help-item-hasnt-arr...and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
