Parcel delivered to wrong address

Hi I can’t get through to custermer services as my issue isn’t listing in the help boxes. 2 parcels supposedly were delivered to my address using tracked 48 but they were delivered to another address . There is a photo when I go to the post office website but I can clearly see it’s not my house. I need advice on what to do next

eBay will usually go by the tracking so you do need to contact them.   You can ring them or request they ring you by viewing this link on your phone - not on a laptop or PC:
