Evri damaged my parcel and returned it to me, the seller. Postage included insurance. I cannot get through to Evri or E bay (i bought the postage through e bay). How do I proceed from here?

I eventually found the correct page, but when I put in the Evri delivery number I could not proceed. The delivery number was, apparently, incorrect, but I know it is correct. The system seems to be designed to fail!
What do I do now?
