Packlink DPD

Hello All

Concerned that I have sold High value 14kg large box item through Packlink DPD for next day delivery and mistakenly not added the extra insurance. I have now been contacted by the buyer that item has not arrived.  It was scanned at the local post office on Friday and still shows same date on the tracker Your parcel has been dropped off at a DPD Pickup Shop. Very worried and have raised a case with Packlink

 

Any other suggestions
