Package delivered covered in Blood!

I bought speakers and when EVRI delivered the package, it was covered in blood. Not only that but the package was slightly opened and blood has covered the wires and is completely unusable as it a huge health and safety concern.

I contacted the seller and they have issued a full refund ( item was not as described), fair enough. The seller is now out of pocket after issuing me the refund, I have the speakers double wrapped as evidence (haha) but do not know how to raise this with EBAY as they need to contact EVRI to establish what happened and for compensation to be given to the seller (and me for putting my health at risk).

Now you have refund, ebay won't get involved. 

It is up to seller to sort with ebay/Evri.

Thats an unacceptable way to receive a package. I've passed the photo and the details of the transaction over to our shipping team to review.

Thanks Dave, I have other pictures as well if needed and would be good to know any outcome.

The parcel was delivered like that and accepted by someone else in the house. They hadn't noticed and I handled it. Given that's it blood, that's has the potential to be a big risk to me and a massive health and safety breach.

I know the ebay transaction is now technically closed as the seller refunded me the money and told.me to bin the item, they are out of.pocket for an item sold.
