PS5 Backbones

I've purchased two and received two Backbones today however one of them appears to be for the Xbox, I didn't see anything in the description, and still can't stating it's for the Xbox. I've requested a return but this has been refused. What can I do? I specifically searched for PlayStation so I'm annoyed that Xbox has come up

You must have used a "change of mind" reason for the return.    Sellers cannot refuse "not as described" returns.    Contact your payment provider and see if they can help.   Or contact ebay about it.   They seem to be more willing to issue refunds these days.  You can request a callback on here:

That reason is saying you ordered the wrong one which would make it your fault.    If you believe it's the seller who made the mistake use "not as described".
