My customers buy sew on badges off me & is postage £1.25 , Enamel badges £1.75 now with ebay SIMPLE DELIVERY it's now over £2.50 & i am losing sales .. Any help available from eBAY at all ?
Many of your items are under £10 and 100 gms, so Patches etc. should be exempt from ebays not so simple postage. You also sell some new items, which might mean you should be registered as a business seller, who do not have postage terms dictated by ebay.
