I placed an order, but due to a miscommunication regarding delivery date of the item, I requested for a refund. However, when the order was received I closed the case. The seller has not been paid, despite me leaving a review. There is no option to confirm delivery, what are the next steps I should take, in order for the seller to be paid. 

Please help, so the seller can be paid for the item.

There's nothing you can do to peed up the process whereby a seller receives their payout.

Once tracking shows the item has been delivered,  the seller will receive their payout 2 days after that delivery date.

With no tracking,  the seller needs to wait 14 days for their payout from sales.
