Overcharged for Ebay shop

I believe I am being overcharged for my Ebay shop. How can I contact a human at Ebay?

What kind of shop level do you have, and how much are you being charged per month (don't forget that VAT will be added)?

Any ideas why this is happening?

@tristanmedan that's not all shop subscription charges. The only shop subscriptionb charge there is correct at £32.40 on 1st December. The rest are for separate promoted advertising that you've signed up for, specifically promoted shop ads which do work out to be very costly. You need to go to your Campaigns Dashboard here: Campaigns dashboard | eBay to see what you've set up and end any that you don't want. It looks like your promotion is costing you £15-20 a day.

If I go there and click on 90 days it says ad fees £24.10. That is a lot less than I have paid. Any ideas. Where precisely in the campaign dashboard can I check all these payments?

What does it show if you change it from 90 Days to This Month and set the Campaign Type to Promoted Shops?

Hi,

The option is 90 days or 30 days and if I put it on 30 days it still says £19.45.

There are no other options visible.

I thought that promotions only get charged on a sale. I have now deactivated all the product promotions as I don't want to lose any more money.

Ok, weird. Mine has all these different options (see screenshot below). I don't use Promoted Shops myself but I believe that one's a pay per click promotion which is how you can get stung without generating any sales from it.
