The UK shipping address is probably a forwarding Company, I've sold may items this way.
As long as it is the address that eBay provide for you on the order details, post to this, and to no other. Your responsibility for the item finishes, when your tracking shows delivery to the forwarding centre in the UK, and not any forward journey Bulgaria.
