Our buyer could not give us her collection code as App was not working.

A Buyer collected her goods in person this morning and the app was not working. She promised to send us the code when she got home. No code received and she has ignored 2 messages.  How can we mark this sale as collected. We have proof of collection via our ring doorbell.

Our buyer could not give us her collection code as App was not working.

Without the code you can't mark it as collected.

 

Your buyer only needed access to their email account to find that code. 

 

If your payment is being held eBay will likely release it in 21 days.

Our buyer could not give us her collection code as App was not working.

Thank you, wasn’t aware she could have done that through her email. No surprise EBay will hold onto money for 21 days. Will contact her again tomorrow.
