Orders not being marked as delivered when they are delivered

Is anyone having issues with orders being delivered but still showing awaiting delivery on eBay orders page.

all my parcels have been delivered & two buyers have left feedback but on the orders page still saying awaiting delivery.

hence still not had my money.

this happened last month and I’m constantly on the phone to eBay asking for my money as items delivered

Royal Mail tracking is sometimes not in sync with eBay's tracking, and the latter is the most important for releasing a faster payout,  that is,  2 days after the delivery date.

If you have found your tracking has not updated,  therefore holding back your payout, you are doing the right thing by  contacting  eBay Customer Services, providing the tracking showing delivery, to release your payout sooner, otherwise it may be a longer wait.

It's annoying I agree , and others are experiencing this too,  you are not alone.
