Order incorrectly marked as dispatched

An order I have sold has been incorrectly marked as dispatched despite being delivered successfully for days now. The tracking number is attached to the order. How do I fix this?

Orders have to be dispatched before they can be delivered.

What are you asking?

If you are waiting for the tracking to update, then Ebay will catch up eventually as long as you have uploaded the tracking details.

There are sometimes issues with ebay that send out false info,like dispatched many days after an item has been dispatched,so as long as you uploaded tracking to ebay, so ebay can see the item has been delivered just ignore such notifications.

This notification can also appear when a seller  has posted out an item, but not marked as dispatched at the same time,so if the item is marked as dispatched several days later,it can show that notice and be misleading.
