I just received a cancellation request and accepted it. The money for the order wasn't in my eBay balance yet and still isn't. I had some money in my eBay balance from another sale and now after accepting the cancelation request my balance is at zero. Will I get the money I had in my balance back? I dont understand how this had happened. Any help or info much appreciated. Thanks
