Order Cancellation

Hello,

I am new to ebay.

I recently sold an item. The buyer sent a cancellation request and payment was made immediately. Me the seller declined the cancellation request initiallyas i had already created the poatage labels.

The individual messaged me detailing further the reasons for cancelling.

I no longer had the option to accept the cancellation.

To refund the funds I have processed a refund for the full amount.

I just want to make sure as I have not received the funds physically as I have not dispatched the package and that I have given a refund, I will not be charged for the refund?

If the payment is on hold the refund will be issued from your back-up source which is usually your bank account.   Then you will keep the payment when it's released.
