Only refunded 1 item out of 2

Hello, I’m wondering if anyone can help. I purchased two pairs of shoes from one seller who sent me them in one parcel. None fitted so I requested a return for both pairs and sent them back in the one parcel. Seller only refunds for one pair. Going on to my purchase page I now see that there is a separate postage label for each pair, one is showing as not returned yet (presumably because I only used the one postage label as it was one package). I can’t find any way to contact eBay, and I’ve already tried opening a case but it was closed when the seller refunded for only 1 pair of shoes despite me stating I had returned two. Any suggestions?

You needed two separate cases and two separate parcels.

The cases would then stay open until it showed the item had been received by the seller and that they had refunded you.

It may be worth contacting Ebay Customer Services, explaining what has happened and seeing if they will help.  Unfortunately, you have no proof that two pairs of shoes were returned to the seller.

Use the link to get a callback from Ebay.
