Order I’ve placed

Hi, I’ve just placed an order with 2 items in it, I would like the courier to hand my parcel to me personally, as a lot of our residents orders are getting pinched, as some of the couriers are just leaving them inside the main entrance. Thank you

You are speaking to members like yourself,  not to your seller or your courier.

Your seller will not be able to arrange this for you.

Couriers I have used, send me tracking and  if I'm not going to be  at home,  they ask if they can leave in a safe place,  or neighbour.  This will be the nearest  I think, you'll get , to leaving any instruction for any courier.

Handing items over personally , is not always possible,  as the couriers work on a strict and tight schedule of work, so they will usually leave items in a safe place , or take the item back to their depot,  if recipient is not home.

All you can do is leave a not on your door and hope courier reads it.
