You have a reserve on one of your items, this is an expensive way to list items, it's an optional listing upgrade and costs 4% of your set reserve.
That non refundable listing fee is payable sale or no sale, and charged the second the item goes live.
In future no need to use them, just start your auctions for the lowest amount you are happy to receive, it cannot sell for less.

Thankyou - but these don't tally.
I should have been paid 54 - the fees are clear -the balance should be 54... and yet Ive been given a square thirty. how can I get eBay to explain? I know this isn't much money but a) I need it and b) I want to get it right next time
