Only had half refund

I ordered 2 cardigans, ebay took over the case and they rewarded me but i have only been refunded  half

the full amount i have been intouch with the seller and had no answer. i have tried to get back intouch with ebay and its showing that the order has completed and i dont know what to do

What actually happened?

Did the cardigans arrive damaged?

Did you open a return?

Adding more information will mean better advice.

If cardigans were 2 different listings, then you should have opened 2 ebay cases.

Unfortunately if you have returned both items, you can't open another case.
