Under the new payout system, feedback only releases payouts sooner, if the item is under the value of £25.
You need tracking to show delivery , once that's confirmed, your payout will be released 2 days after that delivery date. If there is no tracking, then the payout is held for 14 days.
If you re a new or returning seller, payouts can be held a little longer up to 30 days, eBay wish to see a good pattern of items being delivered this is for a security reason proving the account is not hijacked, and that the genuine seller is using the account.
