Old email address that I can't use as I think i didn't register it fully now i need I.D for buying a pair of scissors

You need to update any personal information in your Site Preferences >>  Personal Information.

You may need a laptop / PC and Chrome to do this,  not the app or mobile browser.

Add a credit card too,  to your account to be able to be any bladed item.
