On the messages you received for the offers, you should have the buyer's highlighted ID. Click on that, then far right, click on Contact Buyer.
Send them a polite message if they are still interested in your item , it is still listed for sale on eBay, ( make sure it is, eBay read all messages going through their system), if they wish to send their offer in again, it will be accepted.
