I was sent an offer from a seller but the link would not work and unable to contact the seller

Click on the item you wish to buy top right is a link... Contact Seller.

Send them a message there to please send the offer again.  Perhaps when they do,  use the more reliable laptop / PC and Chrome and not the app  or mobile browser .

If they do not reply,  nothing you can do.
