Offer & buyer protection fee

I have received an offer for an item I am selling and would like to know is this the full amount I will receive from Ebay or do they deduct the buyer protection fee from it, it doesn't say and I cannot find the answer on any of the help articles I've looked at ?

A buyer offers what they want to pay so you get less because the Buyer Protection Fee is taken off that amount.
